Pesto is traditionally made with pine nuts but macadamias are a great substitute for its rich, creamy texture. Fresh pesto is WAY BETTER than any jarred version and it is so simple to put together! It takes only 3 minutes. Try it over fish, chicken or a killer pasta.

2 Cups Basil Leaves

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/3 Cup Tong Garden Nutrione Baked Macadamias

2 Gloves Garlic

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
